People you are tracking. Deleting a person unassigns their incidents; it does not delete the incidents.

An evidence packet is a printable, chronological copy of selected incidents. It is not a certified court exhibit.

Help: Incident Reports

Personal log of issues with a person — employee, employer, former spouse, family, or anyone else. Records are yours only.

  • Summary (or the incident title) opens a read-only brief with attachments and AI notes. Print it, run Analyze, or use Edit / Open for the wizard.
  • When it happened is the event time. The system also stores when you logged it. Set the event time as accurately as you can.
  • Write facts. Who, what, where, exact words, what you did next. Avoid conclusions you cannot support.
  • Attachments come from Files: photos of handwritten notes, screenshots of texts, conversation recordings, pictures, PDFs. Video uploads go through Files to Bunny.
  • AI can summarize, suggest missing details, spot trends, and draft a packet overview. It is not a lawyer and can be wrong. Do not treat AI text as evidence.
  • Packets are printable chronological copies you can save as PDF. They are not certified exhibits and not a chain-of-custody log. Keep originals.
  • Deleting a person unassigns incidents. Deleting an incident removes the log row and attachment links; Files themselves stay in your library.
